Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed and shipped.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is already in transit, it can no longer be canceled without incurring a processing fee.
Customers who request a refund for an order that has already been processed, shipped, or is in transit will be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee. This fee covers payment processing costs, fulfillment costs, packaging, handling, and logistics expenses.
By placing an order with AUTO HD MARKET®, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that all approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee deducted from the total order amount. This fee applies to returned orders, canceled orders that have already been processed, and orders that are already in transit at the time a refund request is submitted.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
