Customers located in the USA may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order. Customers located in Europe may request a return within 14 calendar days.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
