By placing an order on autohdmarket.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
- Purpose
These Terms & Conditions define the rights and obligations between AUTO HD MARKET® and customers purchasing products through our website.
- Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, and details displayed on our website are as accurate as reasonably possible. However, slight differences in packaging, colors, labeling, or product appearance may occur without affecting the product’s intended function.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, specifications, included components, instructions, and applicable disclosures before placing an order.
- Product Demonstrations, Videos & Performance Disclosure
Product videos, photographs, animations, advertisements, and other promotional materials displayed or distributed by AUTO HD MARKET® are provided for illustrative and informational purposes.
Actual spray pressure, water flow, spray pattern, operating time, and cleaning performance may vary depending on the product model, battery charge level, water source, hose length and configuration, nozzle or spray setting, environmental conditions, surface condition, maintenance, method of use, and other operating factors.
Certain advertising materials may contain edited footage, close-up views, shortened sequences, demonstrations performed under controlled conditions, or visual enhancements intended to illustrate the product’s operation. Where a demonstration is simulated or materially enhanced, an appropriate disclosure will be displayed in or near the applicable advertisement.
Videos and images do not constitute a guarantee that every customer will obtain identical pressure, performance, or cleaning results. Customers should rely on the specifications, included components, operating instructions, and disclosures presented on the applicable product page when making a purchasing decision.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, refund right, consumer protection, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law. If a product is defective or materially differs from the specifications stated on the product page, the customer must contact AUTO HD MARKET® at info@autohdmarket.com and follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
- Orders
Any order placed on autohdmarket.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the applicable product description, disclosed product specifications, and pricing.
Once an order is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the order details.
AUTO HD MARKET® reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing errors, inventory unavailability, or inaccurate customer information. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded as required by applicable law.
- Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD ($). Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed during checkout where required, unless expressly stated otherwise.
AUTO HD MARKET® reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Products will be charged based on the price displayed and confirmed at the time the order is placed.
- Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment providers made available on our website, including credit or debit cards and express checkout methods.
Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 business hours following payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 5 business days within the United States. Due to exceptionally high demand, carrier disruptions, inventory availability, or other circumstances, some orders may experience an additional delay of up to 10 business days or longer where reasonably necessary.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Tracking information will be sent by email once the applicable shipment has been dispatched.
An order may be delivered in more than one shipment. When products are shipped separately, the customer may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times.
- Returns & Refunds
Customers located in the United States may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order. Customers located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction providing a statutory withdrawal right retain all mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Before returning a product, customers must contact support@autohdmarket.com and follow the return instructions provided by AUTO HD MARKET®.
Unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, materially not as described, or applicable law provides otherwise, returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, materially not as described, or applicable law requires AUTO HD MARKET® to bear those costs.
Where permitted by applicable law, approved discretionary returns may be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee. This fee does not apply where prohibited by law, including where a product is defective, materially not as described, or the customer exercises a statutory right that does not permit such a deduction.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
- Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact AUTO HD MARKET® at support@autohdmarket.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that AUTO HD MARKET® may investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically entitle a customer to retain both the product and the disputed payment. AUTO HD MARKET® reserves the right to provide the payment processor, card network, or issuing bank with relevant evidence concerning the transaction, including the order confirmation, applicable product description and disclosures, proof of delivery, tracking information, customer communications, refund records, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized transaction, defective product, materially misrepresented product, or any other charge that may lawfully be disputed.
- Proper Use & Limitation of Liability
Customers must read and follow all instructions, warnings, maintenance requirements, and safety information supplied with the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AUTO HD MARKET® shall not be responsible for damage or loss caused by:
Improper, unsafe, or unauthorized use of a product;
Failure to follow the supplied instructions or warnings;
Unauthorized modification of a product;
Ordinary carrier delays outside our reasonable control; or
Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
- Personal Data
Customer information collected through our website may be used for order processing, payment administration, shipping, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where permitted by applicable law.

- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to AUTO HD MARKET® and the transaction, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of their state, country, or place of residence.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This requirement does not prevent either party from exercising a legal right, filing a valid payment dispute, contacting a consumer protection authority, or seeking urgent legal relief.
